RETURN POLICY — NALORA FASHION

Our Return Policy is as follows:

You may return all products within 30 days (from the date you receive the items) of delivery for an exchange or refund. The original bag and tag must be intact and not damaged.

For returned item(s), we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund after we have checked your return tracking number or receipt.

Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

The following items are non‑returnable and non‑exchangeable:

  • Swimsuits

  • Lingerie / underwear / panties / bras

  • Bodysuits

  • Swimwear

  • Jewelry

  • Masks

  • Accessories

We do not accept returned items that are sent back without contacting us first.

Please do not return items to the address on your package. Only send returns to the address provided by our customer service team.

If you wish to return items to the nearest return address, please contact us — our customer service will reply within 24 hours.

Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment used to place your order.

  • PayPal refunds: within 24 hours

  • Credit card refunds: 7–15 business days

If an item is damaged, customers may receive store credit once the product is received, or a refund to the original payment method once the item is received.

The original shipping fee and insurance are non‑refundable.

If there was no damage or error on our end, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, and refunds are issued at the discretion of NaloraFashion.com.

We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service. All returns must be shipped at your own cost unless a mistake was made by NaloraFashion.com.


How to Start a Return

Send an email to info.nalorafashion@gmail.com with the following information:

  1. Your order number in the subject line

  2. A brief description of the error/defect or the reason for the return

  3. A photo of the defective or incorrect item

  4. A contact number and/or email address where you can be reached


Reminder

Again, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Swimsuits, lingerie/underwear/panties/bras, bodysuits, swimwear, jewelry, masks, and accessories.
